今天我们来看一个留学生小姐姐位于北约克的家，这所房子位于1 Avodale Ave，地处youge&sheppard交界处附近，是非常有特色的复式公寓loft, 而且是soft loft。华人俗称的小复式。

这所房子位于华人最喜欢的多伦多社区之一willowdale east，于2006年建成。这栋楼名字叫做Residences of Avondale，一共有12层，200个单元，每户单元的大小从344尺到1199尺。大楼里面有健身房，Party Room。

房屋内是一个复式结构，超高楼顶，落地窗客厅，开放式厨房，1+1卧室，2个浴室，1个车位，从阳台看下去就是一个小公园和yonge街。

Today we are visiting a lovely home in North York. The condo is located at 1 Avondale Avenue, near the intersection of the Yonge St. and Sheppard Ave. It is a stylish soft loft that creates a modern and homey atmosphere.

Located in the Willowdale East neighbourhood, this Toronto loft was completed in 2006. Residences of Avondale is a 12 storey condo, there are 200 suites ranging in size from 344 to 1199 sqft. Amenities here include a Gym, Party Room, Rooftop Deck and Concierge as well as Guest Suites and Sauna.

The loft has floor to ceiling windows, open concept kitchen, 1.5 bedrooms, one full bathroom and a power room. It comes with a underground parking spot and a locker. Looking from the balcony we can see Yonge St. and a small park.
